Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns

At Paloma Mariné, each piece is carefully handcrafted, resulting in unique, one-of-a-kind items made entirely by hand. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived defective.

  • I ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it.

  • It is not what I expected.

No returns will be accepted outside of these terms.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Please note that all return shipping costs, as well as any potential import duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You have two return options:

  1. Use your own courier service – You may arrange the return shipment yourself. Please note that Paloma Mariné is not responsible for lost or delayed packages until they are in our possession.

  2. Use one of our courier services – We can arrange the return or exchange shipping for you. The cost of this service will be charged before shipping, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the product arrives in a different condition than when received, the amount will not be refunded. This is particularly important as our pieces are made with delicate materials that, if broken, cannot be repaired.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Since each of our creations is entirely handmade, small variations in shape, color, or size are part of their charm and individuality. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
