Exchanges and returns

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be returned, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return the item?

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@palomamarine.com .

If the return is accepted , we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

How much does it cost to exchange or return it?

Please note that all return shipping costs, as well as any import fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer .


You have two return options:

  1. Using your own courier - You can arrange return shipping yourself. Please note that Paloma Mariné is not responsible for lost or delayed packages until they reach us.
  2. Use one of our courier services - We can coordinate return or exchange shipping for you. The cost of this service will be charged before shipping, and any customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
What items are excluded from these conditions?

If the product arrives in a different condition than it was received, the amount will not be refunded. This is especially important since these items are made of delicate materials and, if broken, cannot be replaced.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order , please contact hello@palomamarine.com within 24 hours of purchase .

If your order hasn't yet shipped from our Madrid studio, we can cancel it and issue a refund. However, if your order is already on its way, you'll need to receive it and process a return.
